Our business development activities are focused on the identification and acquisition of hospital-related products that are in late stages of development, currently commercialized outside the United States, or approved in the United States but with significant commercial upside.
We will consider in-licensing, acquisition, co-promotion, revenue-sharing, and other partnering opportunities. Cadence is focused on all major therapeutic categories represented in the hospital, including but not limited to pain management, infectious disease, anesthesia, and cardiology. We will also consider product opportunities in any therapeutic areas that can be driven by a hospital-based commercial organization.
Our capabilities extend from clinical development and regulatory approval through commercialization, including product launch and re-launch. The Cadence management team members each have established track records of successful development, launch, and growth of products in the hospital marketplace.
