


Our business development activities are focused on hospital-focused products that are in late-stages of development, currently commercialized outside the United States, or approved in the United States but with significant commercial potential for proprietary new uses or formulations.
We will consider in-licensing, acquisition, co-promotion, revenue-sharing, and other partnering opportunities. Cadence is focused on major therapeutic categories represented in the hospital, including pain management, infectious disease, anesthesia, and cardiology. However, we will also consider product opportunities in other therapeutic areas that can be driven by a hospital-based commercial organization.
We believe our capabilities extend from clinical development and regulatory approval through commercialization, including product launch and re-launch. The Cadence management team has a long track record of successful development, launch, growth, and turnaround of products in the hospital marketplace.
