Ms. Repine joined Cadence from Sorrento Ventures, where she served as Director, Finance and Administration. In that capacity, she had financial management responsibility for the venture capital fund, including financial reporting, contract management, internal controls, NASD and SBA compliance, and cash management among others. Previously, Ms. Repine was Controller for Ancile Pharmaceuticals and Next Proteins where she managed all accounting activities for the companies. She began her career as a staff accountant for public accounting firms. Ms. Repine holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
